larger image	Autosize Detector for 450 size machines This system uses a Moore Autosize Detector and special software to give the operator automatic control of the grinding wheel edge for precise finish-sizing of holes and contours on Moore model CP, CPR, CPW, CPZ. Sizing is accomplished by using the sensitive contact detector as a reference edge. The detector senses the cutting position of the grinding wheel while it operates in the same dynamic manner as grinding a part. Moore Autosize simplifies setup and reduces operator involvement, particularly on multiple-hole applications, eliminating traditional "stop and measure" methods to obtain the finish sizes. Automatic sizing can be performed using any of Moore's air and electric grinding heads.
